Do not try to visit every booth contact. Choose suppliers with relevant products, clear communication and realistic terms.
A smaller list gives more time for serious meetings and better questions.
Confirm the real visit location
Some companies have a showroom in one city and a factory in another. Always confirm the exact address, travel time and who will receive the buyer.
This is especially important around Guangzhou, Foshan, Dongguan, Shenzhen and nearby industrial areas.
Leave time for traffic and meeting notes
A factory visit can take longer than expected because of traffic, factory distance, lunch, sample review or negotiation.
Plan time after each visit to write notes, compare suppliers and prepare follow-up questions.
